Over 20 years in IT services
Behind the academy stand more than two decades of fieldwork — servers, networks, development and design for real clients. Our instructors are professionals still active on projects, and the examples they bring are jobs they actually delivered.
Professional equipment, not props
The lab is supported by Informatika, which for over 20 years has supplied and maintained equipment for businesses across Kosovo. The computers, network gear and printers are the same as in real workplaces — and when something breaks, it is repaired there, in front of the students.
Six rules we never break.
One product every three to four weeks
No long stretch without something tangible. Motivation is held by the result, not by the promise of one.
The instructor never touches the student's mouse
They guide only with questions: what did you expect, what happened, where do they differ. The student solves it themselves.
Mistakes are part of the work
The instructor's demonstration always contains a deliberate mistake, and the fix is talked through out loud.
No grades, but evidence
We assess finished work and the ability to explain it, not the ability to memorise.
Small groups, always
A maximum of 12 students. Above that, quality drops, and we know it.
Parents inside
Three times a year they come, watch and hear their child explain their own work.
